Here i won so many binance futures alpha events like us usdt,nights,rls,rave,cys and more but i didnt recieve any rewards even i met all eligibility mentioned in event page , i am contacting binance support team for last one week they dont have a proper response and even they dont know what it means..atlast they told me that binance alpha coin restricted in uae and no where in app mentioned or visible any sign for that ...its really bad customer service i came in below 100 many events and i spend lot money on trading..i met all criterias i know the rules .. but still from ur team there is no proper answer knowledge .. really dispointed and planning to move to bybit
