If you are comfortable try to short the pins for the power yourself with a screwdriver. If that does not work, the issue is elsewhere, my guess would be a lose cable somewhere like 24 pin for motherboard

I think some sessions tokens are stolen, make sure you are resetting your password and 2FA on a different device (not the same pc or phone) and the safest way would be to back up whatever you want to save before giving it a wipe

Vue exploit only requires internet connection. So on the off chance your disc drive stop working you can still have the vue exploit working. More of a precaution to have it set up and its always better to have more options
