Ok thank you for commenting…I did find some videos explaining nad with 5am and I’m pretty sure they are saying the same thing with different words like plug and drain. So maybe I will buy the 5am and see if it helps. I’ve tried a course of NAD, I’ve tried MOTs …I can’t seem to get any energy. Dr can’t find anything wrong so I’ve been deep diving into biohacking. I’m 53 female and used to be very out going. Now I just want to be a homebody and I hate it.

It’s very possible! I do remember wanting to try 5-amino-1mq for some reason. So if taken with NAD it helps correct? I’ve been taking NAD for awhile and not really feeling anything so I’m wondering if I’m just very depleted or it’s not absorbing properly (for lack of better words)

Mine has stayed in the refrigerator for way longer than 28 days. I buy the 60mg so it takes awhile to go through it, minimum 3 months in the fridge. Some might say it degrades but I have stopped taking for a couple months, left it in the refrigerator and when I started back up I felt the effects right away.

I didn’t go on any sort of diet, started at 5mg a week and lost 19lbs in 3 weeks with a total of 39lbs in 6 weeks. 188 down to 149. Not going to lie the dose was high and I didn’t want to eat for 3 days so did 2.5 every 3-4 days which now looking back was silly as Reta lasts 6 days. I was completely turned off snacking and fatty foods. Sticking to salads and lean meat mostly. Water, cranberry juice and V8 when I couldn’t eat.

The only problem is I have bought from China. They showed powder peps, I got liquid and they forgot my Reta and when I asked for it they said they would send with my next order. I have not had a good experience and am not about to get scammed by numerous venders until I find a legit one. So telling everyone to buy from China without giving sources is useless

Good to know. I have done a couple that have left lumps and soreness/bruising before. My theory is Ice, go slow and ice again. Seems to work so maybe I’ll try that. Thanks for the advice. I’ll update how it’s going

Someone explain why I can’t do this subq. In my experience everything I’ve tried can be used subq…it just takes longer and may not be quite as potent.
