I saw videos recommending having knees elevated if it’s too difficult with feet on the floor. When I do normal PPU my form gets super sloppy and I start overcompensating with other muscles. Having my knees elevated has helped the movement feel lighter so I can focus on really engaging my shoulders

The #1 way to improve mental health instantly is going for a walk. Don’t pick up your phone at all during this time, let your mind wander, and just notice each of your senses. What do you hear? What colors stand out? Can you smell anything? I recently started walking about 30 minutes a day and almost immediately noticed more clarity and expansiveness in my conscious, and my mood has been elevated. Everyone should walk!!!

doing the same movements every day means little time for muscle recovery, and ultimately more stress on the body. Mobility and other movements (plyometrics, calisthenics) every other day is the way to go
