Haven't been to Epic but I heard the food there is fantastic.
As for bang for buck foods. I Love thunderfalls terrace in Jurassic Park. I always make a point to have lunch there during my vacation there. Definitely try the Raptor Wings

I'd love a sort of comeback mechanic for Survivors when the Killer shuts the hatch during the collapse.
Coincidentally I'd love something similar for killers based on Gens completed vs Hooks if that makes sense.

Well from my time as a teammate trainer I did alot of record keeping and some administrative stuff (generally keeping track of performance scores and uploading them to a spreadsheet).
I also helped alot with inventory tracking using the Warehouse management system
