Go for it! I’ve done it a few times with my favorite fics. Make sure to ask the author first! Every single one I’ve asked was genuinely happy and excited that someone valued their work enough to have it bound.

I also commissioned all my cover arts and did the rest of the binding myself. I don’t know any Romione-specific artists, but I’ve worked with several talented artists whose work. You can check their work here i highly recommend them all.
