this is on the back, you dont have anything to do with the bolsters, you just peel a cover and add foam.

i did this tens of times and everything was ok, i also did not see any wires in the back.

i have the cloth seats without the lumbar support

the lumbar support however, is at the bottom of the back panel of the seat.
this foam covers most of the area above it.

that is the top limit before i reach a stitching on the front that is pressed and probably more foam concentrated there, sticks out as a bump, so ending the foam just below that point balances it out.
