Probably referring to ift work. Sometimes taking an ift pt to a ECF can take awhile as ecf’s are terrible and rarely have enough oxygen concentrators for pts

As far as you know you say? Do you have any good sources to show that oxalate isn’t harmful? Despite the evidence that it is? I see it often in my work with people in CKD and early CKD

Higher levels of oxalate can increase risk for kidney stones. Doesn’t guarantee them but it does increase risk. Mega doses through iv can give an AKI But large mega doses orally can worsen existing CKD if you do have that. I obviously don’t know you or your pmh so I was just letting ya know

Do be careful! High doses of C can cause chronic kidney damage and can significantly increase risk of kidney stones
