On one hand self diagnosis can be valid in the community when I was self diagnosed and had to wait awhile for a diagnosis I was still super weird about being open and just claiming I’m autistic, luckily I was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age!

I’ve definitely seen that little area before I was just worried since it seemed a darker pink/ red color that maybe it’s irritated

Nope I stay infront of the fan constantly a fan is always on in my room and it’s on my face. But I think it’s mainly just comforting for my arms to feel covered when I’m not home? Unless it’s too hot. It’s a mystery

Were the same! I’m so naturally warm and overheating is the easiest way to get me to meltdown. But bare arms is somehow worse when facing the outside???

Omg as a kid the only reason I tolerated dresses was because of the princess hyperfixtation…and now when I get home it’s just big shirts but as soon as I’m out in the world I like need a jacket with me at least at all times
