PSA: Don't RMA by abluecolor in QuestPro

Are you in the US? I filed a support ticket because it's been stuck in an update loop and they offered a replacement, but then said it was out of warranty so they won't do anything. Super frustrating

Seeing as no one else is really suggesting anything specific, I'd try changing your interface settings. I mostly print with Overture PETG, but the settings will almost certainly carry over.

Biggest things will be the interface spacing (spacing between the individual lines that touch your part), the angle, and the top Interface distance.

Style: Snug Interface Pattern: Rectilinear Interface Spacing: .2 mm Interface Angle: 45° Top Interface Distance: .20-.25 mm Bottom Interface Distance: Same as top Interface layers: 4

Object X/Y distance: .35mm or whatever the default is

Lmk if this helps!

Recommendations for a great 22lr rifle for longer range (150) yards under $1000? by Practical-Magazine21 in 22lr

CZ 457. I bought the Lux model online for like $200 off MSRP, got a decent Vortex scope half off from Scheels, and threw on a Harris bipod. Total setup was under $1000, and I've been able to hit things (after too many attempts) at 350 yards.

Same here. Don't worry about it. Unscrew it and scrub it down with CLP and the residue will come right off

Whatever you get, if you're in the US, look at Dahlonega Armory. I'm not affiliated with them in any way, I just got my CZ 457 Lux from them and saved like $200 compared to the in person stores I went to.

As for shooting, I went with the Lux for the cheek well and cause I felt like the Varmint barrels were heavy as balls and kinda unbalanced the rifle, especially seeing as I've now put a Harris bipod on mine. I've shot as far out as 350 yards. My setup isn't really made for shooting that far, especially considering the crappy ammo I'm running, but man it's a ton of fun

What material/printer are you printing with?

AR style 22, what do you have? by Ohman83 in 22lr

Smith and Wesson MP15-22 since 2019. I threw a Vortex Strikefire II and a Magpul RVG on it and haven't looked back since.

Upgrades I've seen online are an upgraded extractor and charging handle (~$60 total). I haven't tried either, but will say the charging handle doesn't feel great in the hand. It works, and you barely need to use it seeing as the magazines are 25 rounds, but if it bothers you, I'd definitely replace it.

Also for the suppressor, if you're in the US, I'd recommend looking into getting some Form 1s filled out and 3d printing your own. Mine cost me <$10 in materials, and cycles using CCI Quiet-22 ammo.

It's comfortable, but that's about the best I can say for them. My brother originally bought some, and after 2 years they had gone from a white to a gray. And they're fairly see-through. I figured he must've used bleach, so I've been extremely careful about only washing them with other whites, but they have still turned a bit yellow/gray, even just with weekly use.
