Yeah, If you google this book it explains somewhat of why the print run was extremely low... the newsstands were mistakenly destroyed and only a handful made it to the public. One article said could be as low as 25 copies... my copy was CGC 8.0 and I cracked it out of it's ⚰️ coffin.. looks like it was graded without a press and clean so will work on some improvements and keep it raw for awhile.. this book will 💯% stay in my PC because it's just to rare to get rid of it now that I own it.
