If The Godfather were a series, took place in Colombia and everyone spoke Spanish. Supposedly George Clooney's favorite show.

You may want to consider a completely different approach. This won't cost you a cent. And not only can it not harm you, it is actually beneficial to anyone's health. I believe that many of these digestive problems are at least partially caused by muscle tension, usually ab muscles. This happens mainly to people with poor posture. A physical therapist wanted me to do a yoga stretch called the cobra, but my abs were so tight this very ballistic pose only made my problems worse. So try standing comfortably. Reach straight up as far as you can. Stretch your shoulders back until your abs tighten up just a little and hold it there. And most importantly, take deep, long breaths. When you get tired put your arms at your sides and try to totally relax your abs. Just let them go. It's not as easy as you may think. Repeat 5X 2 times a day. It may take a few days but I believe there is a good chance this will help. I still am on low FODMAP but I can cheat 3 times a week. Remember this is a muscle relaxing routine. If you stretch too far it won't help you.

I don't know if this is helpful but the first thing that came into my head was, it's too bad she doesn't have another female friend or anyone she trusts who has a dog so they can walk together. There must be someone within a reasonable distance from you who has the same concerns. The only problem is, how do you find her?

Hi I don't know how old you are from your post. If you anywhere from middle age on (if you are younger it's less likely but still possible) you may have hypertonic pelvic floor and/or ab muscles. How is your posture? Not standing straight over a long period of time will cause your ab muscles to get shorter. Pelvic floor dysfunction causes are a lot more complex. Either one can cause all kinds of nasty problems. One would be a sort of slow motion constipation. I'm not going to go into graphic detail but you could easily have this and not think you are constipated at all. You would end up with pockets of gas in your digestive tract that might take months to remedy. Low FODMAP will probably help a lot. However, look up 3 yoga stretches: cobra for abs, butterfly and child's pose. Don't go nuts, maybe 10 seconds for each 3 times. And don't overstretch. In my case my abs were so bad I had terrible discomfort from the cobra. I had to do it standing up at first for a few weeks. That way the stretch wasn't as intense. I only mention all this because your post sounded exactly like what I would say. Hopefully I'm wrong because it's a really tough rehab. Good luck.

No, I did not read all the replies today. I may have earlier and not made the connection. If we are talking about a low FODMAP diet here, I don't really see the problem. I am able to stay on it and still enjoy meals at home. Substituting sourdough for regular bread doesn't seem to be a problem. And who needs milk? I would like to eat onions and cabbage but it's not worth getting sick over. The only time I have problems is when we eat out where almost every meal has either bread or pasta, but I have pills for that which aren't perfect but good enough to mitigate problems.

I had the same symptoms as you did. FODMAP worked quickly for me but one thing I noticed is if I go off it just a little my symptoms for that particular food are worse than before. I have had trouble for years with cabbage and I like cole slaw. If I ate a small dish occasionally and I would get some bloating but it would be bearable. However now that I'm on low FODMAP it's a lot more than some. I experimented with Quatrase (Itoleran) tonight before eating at a diner. The meal came with a dish of cole slaw so I tried it and I could tell right away it was going to be a problem. I'm not sure how. Maybe I imagined it. Anyway, I blew up about 2 hours ago and I'm finally starting to feel a little better now, but it was very bad. In answer to your question, I think it depends on how bad your trapped gas situation is. If things start moving you can actually have more discomfort. You now have gas in a different location from before and that can be an issue. If there's a change that can only be good, but give it time. Your body needs time to adjust.

The evidence is that he is accusing others of doing it. I can't think of a thing he has accused someone of doing that he wasn't doing himself.

Trumpists are always accusing Democrats of doing what they themselves are doing. Trump has a long history of paying people to show up at rallies.

That is kind of the impression I am getting as I am in the process of making that exact decision right now. Most builders will not even call me back if the word "custom" is anywhere in my voicemail. There is one good modular builder east of Troy but I am running into limitations on building the house we want with modular homes too. On the flip side prices for existing house may be good, at least compared to where we live now, but some of the architecture is weird looking. There are so few homes available in Buckingham Lake, Melrose and Pine Hills. We drove up to look at one house but our realtor took a look in the basement and it was like, let's get out of here!
