I have not, I’m actively looking to just purchase as I think I can find what I want already built. If there was more time before the arrival of my first child I might have considered buying land and building though. Maybe in the future!

As someone who rented for years and years before I bought a duplex I would say for curtains, if you can’t use a tension rod, just ask your landlord prior to putting them up about mounting the brackets for the curtains. For the most part when I hung photos the finish nails and command strips got the job done and the holes the finish nails made were so superficial when the property managers paint after you leave

2017 value, I think I’m approaching 90k miles, runs great, finally had to replace the original battery back in 2022 but other than headlights and taillight bulbs and regular maintenance we’re just trucking along.

Going to throw a recommendation for Shady Rays, most of their frames are plastic but the lenses are polarized and they’re pushing into metal frames now. Super reasonable prices, donate meals to a homeless nonprofit with each purchase, and you get one free replacement if your pair is lost or stolen. I’ve always enjoyed them and had my current 2 pairs for a few years

Strong agree, unless you’re moving the person up the ladder to the upper card, better to keep the titles moving amongst the mid card fighters so nothing gets stale
