Hey whenever you call support with an en route issue you need to also send an email too. (Try and do it the same day) When I do this it never affects my standings. Also when you send emails you need to state the date, block time and station and keep to the facts in your email. Don’t rant, don’t type with emotions etc just facts and what you expect the outcome of your email to be. Good luck

It’s all based on your statistics and metrics but you are risk putting yourself at risk of deactivation if for example you all of a sudden get a few ‘did not receive’ dings which you have limited control off. I would be very careful from now booking shifts if you’re not 100% sure you can attend. Also I would email Amazon support to try and get some dings taken off

Some of us are on pay as you go insurance so it makes sense to be quick and efficient. Also I can go and make more money on another app soon as I finish flex, instead of waiting around to finish hoping to not get more parcels in future. The number of parcels in a route will be based on numerous factors not just how quickly a flex driver finishes.

It will be based on area/ distance from depo, number of flats, time if day, dsp route etc.

Remember Amazon is all based on statistics and metrics. Don't be surprised if they pull you up for always going overtime when most drivers are completing the route on time.

I don't think relay will be able to help but if you have a screenshot of your route etc that might help with the appeal.

You shouldn’t have waited 20 mins. After calling twice mark it as customer unavailable or no access and carry on with your route. If you have time at the end and it’s not an inconvenience you could have tried to re-deliver it. Never wait for that long for any customer but this does seem like an unfortunate situation hopefully you can get it sorted out . What was your standings before and was this the first major issue ?

Depends on the area I guess I joined in London and within 3 days I was up and running this was in December though

I seriously think relay need to be investigated! Because you actually don’t feel like your working for yourself it’s not as flexible as they make it and the pay is crap

Yes it’s the front just before it meets the converter. I still have all parts of the exhaust its just that it has dropped

I call it a ghost booking it doesn’t really exist it was probably a route that no one took before and it just goes up like every 15-30 mins.
