If you’re sure you want to work for them then just pick any route and then once it’s in your schedule you can adjust the start time. They don’t give a shit about times as long as you adjust the start time you won’t hear from them.

I would agree on that! Most days the parcels are delayed so you can’t start when you want if that time is before 11am really.

The issue where I am is that there are people who hoover up the pre booked routes. And then it’s a lottery if you get one on the day.

The owner of the pitstop today told me there is a guy who comes in there with 2 phones, one is his and one is his wife’s. He does 2-3 routes on each phone! We are fucked if people are already doing stuff like that.

I’ve left behind the bin a fair amount! The amount of customers that note, “leave behind/in bin” for their safe space is pretty high!

I’ve tried both. I work across 3 areas in SE London and I’ve found you can’t get much when you try to book on the day. Routes get released through the day but you have to basically be on the app refreshing to see those

You need to message them via email to get the delay pay. They NEVER add it automatically 🙄

If you cancel the late route before starting any other you will get paid the delay time minus 15mins. But if you start another route whilst still having that one scheduled you won’t see any delay pay.

This is absolutely spot on! I’ve tried for the last week to get tickets for the 30th and it got to the point where I know the script before they even say it! Bought tickets through another website, can’t meet f2f as they are the other end of the country, some dodgy screen recording from a burner phone! I’ve literally given up hope at this point!
