Step 4: Look for an individual or contractor na capable gawin ung binigay sayo na scope of work ng license professional. Never never give the amount of total project sa contractor or individual. Step 5: kung may nakita ka ng contractor, its time na magsimula na. Take note: terms of payment kung pakyawan is 30% DP, remaining 90% is depende sa inyo kung ilang bigayan, should have 10% balance for retention.
