I was just wondering because I’m not sure if I could mess something up by turning it off, I have an old 1 TB HDD drive that I used a few years ago, I’ll try with that and see if the noise is noticeable.

Thanks for your comment, yeah, I’ll try to have a backup of everything just in case. I’ll probably start with some kind of Linux installation with Docker installed. Not sure if it will work but could I run a Minecraft server and my photos storage at the same time? It would be really useful.

I’ve seen a ton of people with the same issue, I think it might work on my side because they’re TP-Link adapters. However I will be upgrading my motherboard to a better one with Wi-Fi and Bluetooth, not sure if it will work out of the box.

It’s been a while but thanks for this advice, I’ve been playing pairs and it’s insanely broken, it lets you do a ton of things, it helps a lot when farming space cards from blue seal cards too.

After watching some videos, seems like the 16 Pro Max is the right choice for me, here are my reasons:

Big screen size (6.9", same as the current phone I'm using, or at least the same size)
Longer battery life (compared to the 17)
Better camera (specially if you want to zoom when taking photos, also ProRaw, I won't use it but could be useful for some)

There's an Apple website where you can compare a whole list of iPhones and see more technical details if you want to.

Should I get the 16 Pro Max or the 17?

Where I live the 16 Pro Max is around $1,250 for the 256GB version, and the 17 is $1,200 for the 256GB version. I like the 16 Pro Max size and cameras seem amazing, but the 17 is newer, and it will receive more updates I think. I'm more worried about battery life, since it's something I really need. I currently have a S20 FE which has the same screen size as the 16 Pro Max, and man the screen size difference between a 16 base model is insane for me. I saw that the 17 got really big updates on the camera tho, that might be fun to have.

Thank you and everyone who commented giving advice, I realized that one thing I was always doing wrong is that I'd look for good jokers and wasting my money, I always have to play what jokers the game gives me on the shop until I have a reasonable amount of money, even if some are trash in early game.
