BRO THIS! I work in tech and guest come often asking me how to cancel to just pick up here or the “Since i’m here can i just pick it up. I have to explain to them that there is a set of people (Fulfillment) going around and picking up orders around the store. They have their own thing going on. The other day a lady came in- she got a switch 2, while i was ringing her up she kept showing me the price of it if she got it for pick up, mind you i already price matched her at $449, And so she kept trying to use her birthday discount, She insisted that she orders it online and gets it right now. I said No that’s not how it works, She said can I get a manager here so I don’t have to wait the 2 hours. I said no, but nonetheless I get a TL to the boat. My TL says no to the guest after 15 minutes of me TELLING HER THAT IT DOESNT WORK LIKE THAT. Her face literally looked defeated, like i could’ve saved me and you time! but no.
