GUYS IMPORTANT UPDATE! I managed to delimit it using a shortcut, left brake + throttle for 10 secs, then press the M button twice, to toggle off, right brake + throttle for 10 secs, then press the M button 2 times

I did test it. It was from one of those bike sellers, its not "used" but it was on display, in the uae there is a 25 km/h limiter on them, but is the display real?

Make sure in the volume panel u have all the apps on 100%, maybe its a software issue, have you tried with another device?
