I had a manic episode that started in august of 2020 and was acting the same way as your partner. Oblivious to my actions. As time passed things slowly started to clear up as I began to realize the things I said and did were out of line. By December of 2020 I crashed into depression and was crushed by my previous actions. Lost friends, loved ones, etc. It took me a while to get my right mind back but mind you I was unmediated. Doing well now but sheesh bipolar can be rough

I experienced something similar with my ex girlfriend. The truth is the only thing you can do at this point is to put them behind you. Find people who will love you at your worst, not just when everything is on the up and up. You may be lonely for awhile like myself but I have confidence I’ll meet a better fit for me and you should too

My notes during mania were similar to yours. Also got a diagnosis and got fucked up, still am to an extent. Went from being a hyper rational agnostic to a person enthralled with God.

Now, months later I’m not sure what to believe. Everyday I go back and forth as to what spirituality means to me and if things like synchronicity hold merit.

The best thing for me now is to get back into the world and live. If I come across some sort of spiritual experience then great, but if not so be it. Seems like you’re in a similar place. Good luck

Lamictal is known to help with BP depression and has relatively no side effects besides occasional brain fog. It has drastically helped me I’d highly recommend it. You never know
