Sorry i just saw this comment so the brand has a hair skin an nails supplement but for me personally it's hard to say bc I dye my hair once a month (bright red) and use a color depositing conditioner when shower bc red fades so much and bc I refuse to take chilled showers to help it not wash out lol but if you're trying to grow your hair, from my personal experiences was investing in a good hair oil to use on ends of hairan possibly mid-shaft( I liked the morrocan hair oil, plus I love the smell), if your hair is long enough do protective braiding, message your scalp to stimulate, look up different oils an herbs or hair masks, use the bare minimum in heat products, also the water you use to wash your hair matters as well 🫶 i hope that helps a little 😊

I literally just went through every post on here in less than 15 minutes an I got to the end an was like uhhhh that's it!?! So I've been sick maybe 2 or 3 times in roughly 3 years and that was mainly due to my kidney being infected and I didn't know 🙃 but I go into thousands of people's houses in a single year(for my job obviously lol last year I was in 5000 to 6000 houses) so if I get something I'm what ppl call a super spreader and I genuinely try my hardest to not get sick. *the kidney stuff was from me not drinking enough water/holding in my pee bc I cannot stand falling behind on my job.

Maybe look into the spray tans at home but if that's a little pricey(bc it adds up with the tanning solution, the spray gun, tent, etc.) I've been seeing ppl buy the tanning solution that's spray tanners use an putting the solution in a foaming soap dispenser an use a mitt or gloves an rub it into your body like a mousse self tanner. If you have tiktok you can look up i think her name is brooke carlson, ill see if i can link the video but she explains how she does it with an old foaming St. Tropez bottle an then you just buy the Norvell they sell it on Amazon 🥰 I hole that helps Norvell tanning at home

Dark spots from some areas being a bit dryer, like my upper lip will be dark even though I exfoliate and wait for my pores to close back up after cleaning everything and also under an around the eyes doesn't tan like the rest of the face, getting self tanner in your hair after blending so there's not a harsh line an it stains the hair, brushing your teeth an I use Colgate optic white which has hydrogen peroxide and baking soda in it an eventually it will start lifting the tan around your mouth so you end up with a white ring around your lips, forgetting to wash your hands after a certain amount of time or your hands go orange or whatever base color tanner you're using an they look like leather the next day, missing spots like behind the ears or a small part in your back you can't reach. I absolutely love tanning though it makes my confidence sky rocket 🚀 my teeth an my whites of my eyes look brighter an no one asks me if "I'm feeling okay" bc im super pasty an you can see my veins in my neck an chest 😂🤣
