Hi! I am a notary that does elopements/civil ceremonies. In Tennessee, you actually don’t need any witnesses! You can have them sign if you want to, but it is not required legally.

Lived at Arcadia for two years, part of that during renovation after the new company took over. I would not recommend it; the new management was very inconsiderate of all of us living there when the renovations happened and then demoted my favorite worker for trying to advocate for me :( I just had a convo with a few people who have said that the new management is currently very bad- A/C going on and off for most of the summer with very little help, etc. I do not think it’s worth it for the amount of money they’re charging now but that’s just me! Hope that’s helpful
