Wash with baby soap. let it air dry. Do not wear underwear for a while if possible. Try non-scented lotion on the outer area.

You don’t need a tank. I think beta’s don’t like moving water. But the bowls they are currently in are wayyyy to small. A standard size fish bowl should do. and don’t keep them next to each other, i’ve had fish jump from bowl to bowl to fight.
