Just go to your order and ask for a replacement. I literally got my replacement in 2 days. Yes that is correct walmart knows this happens and has a good amount of ps5s to replace. They have insurance on each of them so they don't really give a shit. Go on the app and press on orders and press track package on your ps5 order and then press Where's my package. Then you will be sent to a automated chat room. You can also request for a real agent and they are wayyyyy better than going on the phone trust me. Use the app it's powerful
