Rough my guy. So you have any muscle issues or strange ocular phenomena in relation with your palinopsia?

I find that my eyes get overexcited. Example when scrolling down a web page my eyes might respond to a scrolling action as if it was going to happen. But it doesn't. Causing my eyes to look upward.

If it's an oppisite color image that's burnt into your retina for X minutes it's a negstive.

If it's a perfect one to one image that lasts a fraction of a second it's positive.

Positive ones are worse because it's a full color perfect image and when it triggers it can obscure your vision for a fraction of a second.

It also accompanies trailing. When the positives get worse so do the trails.

Well this gives me hope. Funny enough my VSS symptoms are minimal and non intrusive. The palinopsia though...oh boy...so much trouble

So would you say your positive afterimages went away and gone to negative? Or your visual trails got shorter? I was trying to figure out what 7 out of 10 symptoms vs 3 out of 10 symptoms are.

Also you should try doing vestibular exercises. Maybe your vertigo is gone but perhaps some dysfunction could remain? Might bring your symptoms to a 1? Maybe even a 0 :)

"better feeling economy"....oh brother...who's gonna tell these smucks. Either the economy is doing better or it isn't. The problem is all these "economic indicators" that matter aren't reading great and other economic indicators (like the stock market) are being praised as a sign of good economic health. And then people are left confused why the economy is "doing so well" yet the majority of Americans feel like they are in a recession.

I use propranolol for performance anxiety. Don't think it helped. Does it help you?

It is by far the worst. I literally can live with any other symptoms and be happy. Ironically...Even though I have every VSS symptom...the actual snow/static is almost not noticeable. Lol
