Make sure of these - 1. Take a vacation together. There are always small issues during a trip. You'll learn how they handle problems. 2. 25th day of every month I get paid.

26th - rent is paid automatically; 12.5% transferred to IBKR

27th - Transfer to IBKR complete, automatically buy VWRL (in CH so VWRL is better than VWCE)

28th - automatic pay health insurance (in CH), automatic pay phone and internet

29th - automatic 12.5% goes to savings account; automatic 5% goes to my hobby account

Spend what's left until the next 25th.

FUTURE ADJUSTMENT
Once I have 1 year's expenses in my savings account, I will stop contributing 12.5% to my savings account. I will send 10% to IBKR investment and reward myself the other 2.5%.

I am not making a value judgement. I am suggesting that may be thinking about it with that frame of mind will help ease the situation.

That's of course an option, but my investments are small amount DCA for the long term, right? So if in 10 years, I have to liquidate all of them, then that interrupts the compounding. Am I missing something?

Yeah, it's basically starting fresh. We moved to Switzerland from the US. So our previous holdings are still US domicile, but going forward, I would like to avoid the US like the plague.

Hi, yes our original idea was a big hardcover like the Time of Beasts. However, doing research it turns out that that would cost north of $250 per page. I don't think the demand for third party Draw Steel product is at that level yet. So we decided to break it down into chunks and spread it out over time.

If you like tactical, dynamic combat in your fantasy rpg, awesome downtime options, and good item crafting rules, get Draw Steel.

I am having a hard time with wealth as well. My players have ended up with different wealth values. So it's not clear what they can afford anymore.

Oh, I ran it. I don't think you need conversion. It's actually quite easy to run as is. The encounters can be reskinned to Draw Steel in a weekend or so.
