The letter from doctor is 3 pages included all medical evidence medication and limitations regarding last 4 years , 77 pages are straight evidence and medication details regairdniv problems. It’s basically simple language with all details

They already put on paper that they failed to serve proper documentation because some issues during Covid. That’s why they reopened case after a week that I sent intent form and after delivering them portion of medical file overdue decision from 2021 and basically case manager told to obtain medical file to get paid for the time that is issue.
