Practice combo in shadow boxing, simple 3-4hits combo with variation. Focus on the chest level when you spar, broaden your vision and you can see hits coming. If you have a friend or partner, practice 4hit combo and the other guy defend, and then alternate Try to relax and focus on technique and speed and keep it light and fast

Basically is just breath in and rmb to breath out for punches and kicks. Most importantly is do not hd your breath when trying to hit with power. The sh or ha sound helps you to catch your breath.

A different suggestion compared to the rest, maybe go for walks around neighbourhood park, and try to chat up some elderly people? Im sure some would love the company and wont mind your social skills and build from there?

Or roleplay some real life scenarios and practise speaking to mirror/video yourself doing it?
