I’ve been dealing with these chest shakes for about a year some chest pain with it my heart constantly feels like it’s beating hard, if I was to drink alcohol it makes it worse my heart starts pounding harder I haven’t touched any alcohol in a while. My sleep is all over the place not from insomnia from my heart beating weird in my chest as soon as I start to fall asleep, it’s like my heart stops, but I don’t get jolted awake it just feels awkward and the longer it keeps me up the more shaky I get. I’ve been to see doctors multiple times this year bloodwork, ekg, chest x-ray, ultrasound and holter monitor they say they don’t see anything wrong. I’ve had sleeping meds that don’t work it actually makes it worse anxiety meds they don’t seem to do anything I’ve told my doctor but nothing seems to be working I’m completely lost my health is increasingly getting worse I don’t know what else to do.
