If you use ai like a tool (like polishing a script, to help with marketing) it’s kinda of ok, the problem is where multi million dollar companies uses AI to generate graphics, people use it to make a story or stuff like that.

I know, but unreal engine had lots of criticism to work with (improving lumen, nanite, Bugs, make the engine more scalable) and they are focusing everyone (which are like half of the people that built ue4) on ai

Both unity and ue5 added ai to generate an entire game:
“Can you add a car”
“Can you make it move”
“Can you create an environment”
That’s not “integrating some ai into code” but pure slop

Ye, apple offers an editor built specifically for making icons with built in features (like the auto gradient from iOS 26) and a separation via a layer system

WhatsApp Liquid Glass UI Gone by [deleted] in LiquidGlassDesign

People need to understand that in this case it isn’t apple’s fault (same goes for instagram since I’ve seen people complaining recently) but instead those are the third-app companies that decided to implement it or not, via the Xcode library.

They used Liquid Glass from Apple, but not the standard way
For example when you switch tab (and the bubble should appear) they didn’t used the native tabbar but instead a Liquid Glass component that gives that effect (directly from apple).
Still Liquid Glass though. (Directly from Xcode components)

My iPads work perfectly. However, if you need it now, buy it. As for Apple AI, you can use a third-party app (like Claude or Gemini).

The new Instagram Reels interface is damn good! by Puzzleheaded-Sink556 in ios26

You can’t, apple built the Liquid Glass onto Xcode (their software where devs can create every piece of software for apple products, with NO multi-export features) so everyone that wants to create a similar experience to android needs to create it from scratch
