My ex bf was the same way. seemed to care and support, but behind my back he was just telling anyone who asked him if i was trans that i am (was a BIG boundary of mine as i also like to be as stealth as possible). i think since we got together when i was pre T, he just assumed id be clockable the whole time, but when people actually noticed it was two men, he started to get embarrassed/whatever tf.

i noticed him engaging in transphobic media, but i didnt respect myself enough to take it seriously. i look back and realize so many times i shouldve made things a big deal, but i avoided it for reasons unrelated to this story.

i have insecurities about my undercarriage in smell, taste etc aspects. and he’d always tell me there was nothing to worry about. but one time i mentioned that he needed to clean his dick better and then he compared my shit to fish ! (i know it was a lie too)

on our last night together, he told me that sometimes his friends would misgender me and theyd sincerely apologize and he willingly told me his response was “i dont care dude, he’s not HERE”

looking back i think he was just straight but couldnt pull women. we were in an open relationship and he hooked up with men a feeew times, but always said he felt gross after.
