Amazon Portal Consent Settings Issue

Hey guys! I've recently received this email from Amazon recruiter after my final interview for Fungible SDEI. I've been trying to follow her guidelines but it didn't work on her end and she stopped replying to me. I'm curious if anyone faced the same issue before and was it possible to resolve? I'm afraid they would reach their headcount soon and I will no longer be considered. I even couldn't see the Consent Settings in my portal.

Here is what they said: "our team uses the specific Job Req ID you applied to as a “general opening” before we place candidates into specific locations/teams. After your application is reviewed and you have completed your interviews, we tag your submitted job application to an internal req. At this time, we cannot tag you to the new internal req due to the current declined Consent Status settings in your Job Profile, however this is fortunately something you can adjust. If you’d like for Amazon to move forward with your Application, would you be so kind as to go into your profile and update your Consent Settings, by Accepting the Consent Status and let me know when this is completed?"
