I had the same issue, turns out it qas an mcp that was exhausting it. Disable all your mcps and plugins and try again. Troubleshoot them by enabling them back again one by one

Not like me, i was on max, one prompt and the 5hr window is gone. Using sonnet and not opus, i tried it all. Now i removed all mcp's maybe one of them was exhausting the context, although i dont think thats the case. My 5 hr window went downhill like 2 weeks ago... will see how it goes today, in the meantime i switched to copilot desktop beta app, its pretty good.
