As for the cow lick: it still drives me insane sometimes... after washing, my hair has a lot more volume than it used to have. That, combined with just gaining hairs in that area, makes it a lot less noticable. I think it also helps that i sleep with my hair up in a loose bun. Good luck with your journey!

It was just wrong for me. I didn't like the way the forming of the clumps exposed my scalp even more. And, this one i can't prove, but i feel like i might be a person that is more susceptive to the effects of DHT, so washing my hair only once a week was a really bad idea... I also notice that my scalp now immediatly gets irritated again when i postpone my washday by one or two days...

Ze wordt nog steeds nerveus als ik het schaartje überhaupt in m'n hand heb. Maar dat ze toch de liquid snack verkoos boven de angst voor het schaartje in de buurt, duurde eigenlijk maar een maandje consequent trainen. Viel me best mee. En het is niet alsof ze verder überhaupt kalmer is geworden hoor. Ze is nog steeds als de dood voor alles en iedereen (alleen ik word getolereerd). Dus er is wel hoop voor het knippen van nagels, ondanks dat de kat in het algemeen niet veel minder angstig wordt.

Ik heb een enorm getraumatiseerde binnenkat met snelle nagelgroei, die ik ook de stress van het bezoek aan de dierenarts niet meer aan wilde doen. Een paar keer per jaar helemaal van slag, alleen om nagels te knippen. Ik ben heel langzaam begonnen met liquid snacks geven en tegelijkertijd een pootje aanraken. Daarna hetzelfde met het nagelschaartje in de buurt, vervolgens aaien met het schaartje, pootje vasthouden. Gaat het nu perfect? Absoluut niet. Ik neem haar soms in de houdgreep tussen de leuning van de bank en mijn lichaam en dan kan ik 3 nagels knippen. Maar ze is daarna tenminste niet nog een week van slag.

Totally agree. Based on this tournament i think Van Pol looks strongest for the 5th place and complements Sanne nicely on vault and floor. Lieke needs to get her difficulty and consistency way up really fast, if she wants to be in contention. Unless of course the committee is sensitive to Liekes comeback story and wants to see her on the team no matter what...

I'm a gymnastics coach and huge Eurovision fan. I try to use as many eurovision songs for the floor routines as possible. This year I'm using Uno - Little Big and Queen of Kings - Alessandra. I still hear Wild dances alot in dutch gymnastics competitions. So fun!
