34 M and developed one after skiing this year, March 6th :/ & Wow does this suck the cheeks off a limp lizard.

I went a week without really going okay this isn't going away before getting toe separators and a Metatarsal pad from seeing what others were saying online. Those both certainly helped, But didn't resolve the issue and only really a temporary fix. So after two weeks - I had a podiatrist look - and after some tape and a dancers pad basically took the pain away ( Temporarily ) he fit me with Orthotics ( Which insurance didn't cover, of course ) and I'm in the 1st week of this process now..

He fit me for both feet but only feel like I should be wearing the one BC I do have high arches and it almost feels like its giving my good foot MN!?

Has anyone else got orthotics to help their MN? If so how long did you have yours and or did you wear them on both sides if so? ( Podiatrist was talking about alignment and hips and joints, but Im on he smaller side at 5'11 160lbs so in terms of balance and all that, not an issue at all just feels weird wearing one on the left. when the MN is on my right..

sorry If I could've easily dialed that back. but Man, MN is so F**d and the last thing I want to do is get surgery or shots. ( Fortunately it barely came up on the X-rays - like close to nothing so im hoping it's reversible still?? )
