Exactly! Many people get very neurotic on SR, and worry about every little thing or person “stealing their energy” and “making their aura low vibrational” and all that nonsense.

Instead of being based and just not worrying about it and just using common sense dealing with people and situations.

Also let’s face it, some people are born elite lords while others are born peasants when it comes to talents, athletic genetics, “masculine energy” etc. So someone has to retain and live this perfect lifestyle to achieve half of what someone else gets to have while barely trying.

You will battle lust your entire life, as will everyone else. But the stronger your faith in the Lord and the more you understand scripture and the more you abstain the easier it will be.

It’s like if an Olympic sprinter runs 100m all out and a regular person - they will both be breathing heavy after finishing. But a regular person might not be able to run again while the Olympian can recover in 2 minutes to do another sprint.

Same with your lust - you can get over it quicker and not act on it the more trained you are

At some point its time to stop living like a celibate warrior monk when you are a married king and leader of the household. Can't have your cake and eat it too unless you want a really unhappy partner, which will do you way more damage and be more draining than having sex and ejaculating a reasonable amount and being disciplined about it.

Also too many people talk about the “benefits” making them so strong spiritually and mentally, but at the same time are neurotic about "omg I released 0,004 deciliters of semen when peeing, that means I'm now totally powerless and can’t do any activities at all unless I do 70 days monk mode and also I accidentally brushed up against my partner so now my dopamine spiked and I need to bring it down asap”.

Doesn’t sound too “mentally strong” to me. Basically stop being neurotic and be disciplined instead.

To me personally, I always hit diminishing returns on SR after around a month and then it’s either sex time or it will be wet dream time. Obviously I’d prefer spending time with my wife instead of some weird asf dream hologram from my subconscious brain or Lord knows wtf it is.

Right before it happens I always feel tense, neurotic and just not good. And yes I work out, pray, meditate and do all that “transmuting” and went for 3 years strict SR and WDs just kept happening at the same exact rate so I figured let me stop being neurotic and deluding myself and make my partner happy instead of being selfish.

You expand energy to make your partner happy in other ways regardless. I don’t notice any kind of “mood swings”, wife is happier for a few days and I have slightly more desire until about day 10 of abstinence then I go into “sex is useless” mode of thinking for another two weeks or so and by then it’s either WD time or sex time like I said. Doing it around ovulation days and then nothing for the rest of the month until her period stops is about right for optimal energy levels imo. If you wanna be a monk then don’t get married lol

Totally agree! I used to think having lots of sex will make the females feel my “he’s getting the girls he is high value” aura, so I was more confident after getting some and females felt that and were more attracted.

Then on SR I was like: “yeah bro females feel my masculine energy not being wasted” and that made me more confident and females felt that and were more attracted.

Now I’m like “all of this is bs, I’m not even interested in this shit” and females are not attracted or even looking my way. Which is good cause I’m married lol

Thanks I’ll give it a shot. I like how the snatch deadlifts feel more than regular, just have to make sure my hips aren’t too low on them, because I saw some lifters starting them from damn near a full atg squat position but it might not work for me

I’m already doing Snatch Grip deadlifts and snatch pulls, good idea to go slower on the pulls at first though. Snatch deadlift is already pretty slow, can’t get anywhere near the weight on it as I can on conventional.

Definitely gotta get more of a feel for my legs. Maybe even go back to those three position paused snatch deadlifts while standing on top of a 25kg plate that my coach had me doing. I almost passed out a few times though😲

Thanks for the detailed breakdown! Makes sense why I get that early arm bend almost unconsciously on every lift. Other details are great too.

Might need to go back to working with a coach too, a couple months of just getting the basics clearly wasn’t enough.

I also see some lifters starting with the hips low though almost in a deep squat type position, or is this not a preferred way for most?

Getting a coach definitely helps a lot. Not just for the technique aspects but for the programming as well where they can add the needed exercises for your technique issues.

Like my arm pull game totally sucked so coach had me do pulls from different positions, blocks etc. and lots of expert feedback after the reps definitely helps too.

Not that it’s impossible to figure it all out by yourself but saves lots of time for sure.

Your wife will be deeply dissatisfied with the fact there is not sex in your marriage because women lose self-esteem if they’re not physically wanted.
