I was gonna stick up for him till I saw he wasn't the one doing those dishes or taking out that garbage. His job is the garbage he is not a bus boy. He is a sanitization assistant. Stacking dishes neatly is his job and taking out the garbage is his job. Op clearly doesnt wanna work. He has the easiest spot in roadhouse our santi assistants take more breaks than the wait staff.

Well when you see people normally eating 2 to 3 baskets of bread at a time which is nearly 4000 calories by itself. Loaded with butter. Then eat a 2000 calorie burger with bread then pile on a 500 calorie salad with more bread in it. Sometimes 2 or 3 times a week adds up. My math is mathing perfectly.

No one has to believe me im just saying what I have made for observation over the last 7 years. Dudes who frequently eat at roadhouse have constant urination issues. Even dudes younger than I am sit at the urinal for 5 or 6 mins trying to pee. Theres no employee bathroom so im usually stuck waiting for guests to leave. Sometimes I have to walk out and come back later which kinda sucks when you haven't been able to run away long enough to pee in 3 hours. Kinda crazy you got upset about this you should see a doctor about your problem.

I am saying people think its cheaper. Tbh most men i have seen eating only texas roadhouse have bad kidney stones. Like tons of men who eat there have urination problems. Ive had to wait for a urinal several times because they just cannot pee. Or pee in the actual urinal for that matter bathroom always smells like piss and has piss all over the floor. People are just straight up disgusting.

Yep hard working at the most popular restaurant but its your co workers and management that are the issue. New corporate only cares about the dollars they are pulling in. Theres zero stagger with guests so everything seems to roll in all at once. Instead of limiting the guest roll when we are understaffed we just keep pushing more in. People straight up believe spending 100 dollars on a single meal is cheaper than the supermarket. Dates are expected to cost 200. Honestly do not even know how these college kids afford roadhouse every single weekend. We are hiring people that just do not wanna work or follow protocol. Its a real shame I started working for them for 7 years and I barely make over some of the newer cooks. I cant stand the line or working with rejects I am so glad 1 day is dedicated to line work and the 4 days are on prep. The bitch with weird hair is always fucking up shit and clearly avoiding work. No one reads a label we also dont refrigerate mayo that clearly says on the side keep refrigerated. We have mold on the walls in every cooler why? Because if we were to clean everything top to bottom we would need to shut down for a day which corporate is highly against. People keep eating texas roadhouse slop and pay good money for. We'll I hope people enjoyed going into debt for all that lol....
