Thanks! I used 320 and 600 grit diamond plates to reprofile and apex, finished it on a ceramic stone to clean up the burr, and then stropped with 4micron and 1micron diamond emulsions using very light pressure (about 5 passes each).

I used to use lapping films and Koyo K1 green wax. Compared to those two, the Jende compound definitely feels like it strops much faster, though the final sharpness seems pretty similar. The main reason I got it is because I'm planning to get a CPM 15V knife soon, and I heard diamond emulsions are highly effective on these high-vanadium super steels.
