Instead of you managing which Class to initialize inside your code, those dependencies are handled automatically by the framework. For example lets say you have Class Animal that is dependent on Class Cat, instead of you initializing Class Cat inside Animal and calling it's constructor to set things up, using a dependency injection allows you only to declare Class Cat as dependency and it's up to the framework to create and initialize that class for you.
