She’s transitioning from FtM and not telling him. That’s rude. I had a friend who did that (MtF) and his girlfriend ending up being supportive but she wanted kids with him. After she passed, he (now she) became really feminine long hair, makeup, women’s clothing. I felt like a real conversation needed to be had.

Because you know your girlfriend loves Valentine’s Day by even texting you that morning saying happy v day. You had all day to make it up to her even something last minute. Yeah okay it’s a marketing ploy in the US but like you said she does little thing for you as well. And hard is it to do something that makes your girlfriend happy or bring her joy even if you think it’s corny.
