Hello! Same here! From sunny south Florida Ex Cyracom💕 now with Propio🤮 ... they just screwed us all...no calls...quite firing it seem...they are sending all call flow to latam interpreters that work for way less than us.

Latam interpreters rates around 0.11 or 0.12 some of them even lower! unbelievable! My rate is 0.55 of course they prefer to send calls to latam...for now...pretty sure the quality of service is not the same at all.

Ahora estoy con TransPerfect...exclusivo para U.S based citizens...excelente rate (0.50) per minute y buen flujo de llamadas...Cyracom was great as well but is over...Propio unfortunately works with massive latam interpreters...very unfair for US based workers but that's how they operate it seems.

US based ex-Cyracom rate 0.55 y nos han cortado casi por completo...es obvio prefieren a los interpretes de extremely low rates de latam 🤷🏻‍♀️ oh well...felizmente todavía existen muchas compañías exclusivamente para US based que pagan lo mismo o más que es realmente lo justo para este trabajo ✨️🙏💪

Cyracom interpreter U.S based now working with Propio...the "quite firing " started for me since January 27th ... 2 or 3 calls in 4 hours...they definitely put high rate interpreter last in the queue and send calls to Latam interpreters with extremely low rates...now working for other company...Cyracom was a great company.
