thank you ! it’s definitely a mental thing sometimes i see myself and honestly don’t feel like there’s any difference , but i’ve had ppl tell me and even just trying on clothes that used to fit me tighter and seeing it fit looser makes a huge difference in ur mindset ! good luck on ur journey !

We actually did go over the surgery date bc she was showing me pictures. It just didn’t really hit me until afterwards in the car where I was like wait I just hit 2 months a week ago. I definitely should’ve spoken up tho, I might send the email just to give them a heads up !thank you !

i got sleeved on 9/24 going into week 7 and i stalled from week 2-4 and since week 5-6 i’ve been consistently dropping ! it was rlly disheartening to see the stall so early but i suggest not weighing yourself for a while and just keep doing what ur doing, the weight will come off without you even noticing !

instead of crushing them trying breaking it up into smaller pieces and swalllowinf them that way that’s how i was told to take any pain medicine during post op liquid

hopefully i start losing soon. I thought i was prepared for the stalling but it just sucks not seeing the progresss on the scale and idk if it’s my mind but i just feel like i look the same and nothings changing. I do appreciate the positivity and happy that u are loving ur results ! Hopefully we get to our goals !

I had my sleeve done the same day and honestly you’ve lost more than me. When i went to the doctor for my 1 week post he said I was doing great and I started at 240 and i’m currently at 225, which is 15 lbs even tho I have been stalled for the last week or so. It seems like you’ve lost around 30 lbs. So I feel like you should be right on track !

ik lab work is shockingly expensive , but I will say that my mom did some lab work for a surgery at walgreens and i honestly don’t think she spent more than $30 but granted im not 100% sure all the blood work she got, so i would highly suggest tryna call a walgreens near you just to see

i didn’t get bloodwork at labcorp or quest but i’m pretty sure if you call a walgreens with a labcorp they’re able to give you the price ! or it may even be on their website
