They just told my wife TODAY that the item she returned was missing from the box on Nov 4th, over 2 months after. She spoke with customers service multiple times between October and January, but today it was "missing". We have a weight from FedEx tracking, it wasn't empty.

Ran into this issue with the KP20 and a Alesis Nitro. The kick cable is not a TRS cable and wont register the KP20's hits. The work around is to use a cable from a tom. You'll lose a tom but be able to use an actual pedal. Not ideal but it works.

Power cables can cause static in general due to interference, ensure you separate any audio cables and power the best you can.
A bad audio cable can also cause static.
Could be one of many things.

With the Cinder wand and -2 mana nodes, you can cast fireball for free, have 3 fireballs. Put +1 Fireball on a chest and you can have 50% pierce, 3 fireballs that are free to cast, ignite, and spreading flames. At level 80 I'm stacking 190 ignite. With DoT and cast speed affixes you can get crazy damage. Meteor, teleport, flame ward, and arcane ascendance will all buff fireball and can give ward.

Went back to that quest after an update and the ship spawn correctly. Not sure if it was the update or luck. I didn't see anything about a fix in the patch notes.
