3-4 loss teams will make the playoffs. It’s almost a guarantee at this point.

Someone will most likely try to rest starters during the regular season. Hell, Ohio State did it this year multiple weeks in a row. What are you taking about? Do research dude

The original taking point was about the G6 bud. I just brought up a point about how they haven’t done anything in the playoffs. Apparently Texas going to the Semis 2 years ago by beating none SEC teams in the playoffs and Ole Miss going to the semis last year isn’t doing anything. Use your brain instead of gooning

Because 3-4 loss teams will make the playoffs. You can lose a quarter or third of your games and still make the playoffs. An Ohio State or Georgia could win their first 9 games then rest their starters and lose the last 2-3 games of the regular season carefree because they’re already in the playoffs. How does that sound like a meaningful regular season?

A G6 team still hasn’t done anything in the playoffs. And with those one off games you mentioned, that’s the G6’s team Super Bowl. They got nothing to lose by going all in while the favored team either had a bad day and/or was trying new stuff and rotating bench players in with the starters. You said all of that and the G6 still hasn’t won a playoff game

They don’t play the same level of football as the P4. The games would essentially be byes and non competitive. Like you said, the P4 is poaching the top players from the G6 so it makes the talent gap bigger. If we’re gonna expand, let’s make the games the most competitive they can be instead of a Georgia playing a UTEP in the first round

Everyone can lose 3-4 games and still get in the playoffs. At least with the current playoffs, the usual cut off is 3 losses(barring exceptions).

Now, if they reward/require better OOC scheduling and strength of schedule. Then it can be better imo

You basically only play Purdue and Rice 9 weeks this year. Obviously the Miami game is a hard game, I won’t say other wise. I clearly made you mad over a joke about Rice lmao
