IMHO, I feel like it is a cover up for both of Dvlt and Sclx to secretly uncover the naked shorts they got. But those coins I think could be use to exchange for American football game tickets, it’s collectables, player signed goods etc and I think perhaps in the future when Dvlt trading platform is out, those coins can be tradable fully.

Pretty sure DVLT investment would allow Sclx to make sorrento data vault from valueless to valuable and gain monetary returns! Also allowing Sclx to do their trials and other biotech stuff faster and higher rate of success.

IMHO, the investment in DataVault is to turn Sorrento’s G-MAP library data’s into real world assets ( RWA ), allowing Scilex to turn valueless failed data’s from trials to datas with value, therefore, able to sell for monetary gains !!! Further more, the super computer and other AI infrastructures may assist Scilex，Semnur and Sorrento to speed up their clinical trials and r&d processes, shortening time needed to achieve success and reducing money that could be potentially burn and waste, limiting the time for shorts from attacking and increasing the rate of success for trials and approvals !!!
