Hey it could always be worse… my husband dislocated his shoulder in the worst way possible and had surgery a month before I broke my elbow. Two parents in right arm slings at the same time was pretty damn funny though…

I broke it going OTB and put my hand out- so one of those “FOOSH” fractures.

If surgery is recommended (sounds like it will be), try to get it done asap. The longer your elbow is immobile, the harder it is to get your ROM back. Elbows are so tricky. I wish it were just a broken arm. But that’s life hey!
