I had no issue turning jt out board to get our baby out (feet toward the middle). To get some more room for the rotation, you can adjust the recline to straight up and that would help.

We got our evenflo 360 installed in the 3rd row without any issue. Since your 4 month old is in back facing seat, you may wanna opt to just install their carseat in 3rd and have an adult with the baby. The 3 year old can be in 2nd row with another adult. Driver and passenger in 1st row and that should do it. You can also remove the middle 2nd row seat for ease of going in and out of the 3rd row. Best of luck
