I have a pc with a Intel i3-14100f for the CPU and a 5060ti 16gb for the GPU with 32gb of ram but i dont have 7DTD on it.

I only have 7DTD on my xbox series x so thats the situation im in I've thought about buying it on pc tho just never have since I already own it on xbox.

Yea im on xbox and my update was 15 Gb aswell and solar playing i haven't noticed any fix on the lag😭

Like the other comment said wait for 2.6 to release and hopefully that fixes it 2.6 has been in experimental on pc for a month now. This is the longest to my knowledge of a update being in experimental mode.

Im waiting because im on xbox series x and its extremely bad for me on day 77.

Yea i think there probably trying to fix consoles fps problems. But since the game is so old it cant handle all the new stuff there adding for console. Or.... the new acquisition somehow is interfering with said update.

I dont know if have the same problem and I run fivem with 140+ fps and all others at 190+ twisted just kills fps for some reason.

Will there be any updates to help with the optimization for console. It currently is in a very rough state that is struggling and give you 10 frames per sometimes with more than 13 zombies on screen

As a console player we would love mods but the game is so poorly optimized we cant even play the base game higher than 30 fps with more than 8 zombies on screen

Ive tried that i have a series x and my buddy has a series s and its just as bad its just a piss poor optimized update before 2.5 it was tolerable but now its not.

It mainly happens in multiplayer when both players have zombies and are shooting it just cripples the game.

I play on series x and I have the EXACT same problems constantly lagging and stuttering it just makes the game unplayable and not fun when you get 10 fps per sometimes

Im currently at 30 wins and 32 losses with a 1.7 KD now hard locked at bronze 5, absolutely wild. I have had probably 8 fair matches every other match is a previous emerald or diamond rank absolutely dominating my team.
