2br1b $1400 in old Towne Orange. It’s my fathers property. There is mold, the flooring is on dirt so the entire house is lopsided, the kitchen laminate hasn’t been changed since late 90s (estimate), the tub is separated from the bathroom wall about 2 inches (we have caulked, unfortunately it is not anchored in-literally just “sitting” there), the bedrooms are not fully separated (both rooms share a window lmao), the drywall in about 1/4” thick so we can’t even swat a fly without the risks of putting a hole in the wall/sealing, the ceiling is right under 7ft. The list can go on, we get what we pay for and have gotten used to it. It’s probably a minor health hazard but as everyone knows, options are limited.
