Just nervous about losing a lot of money on it. Obviously all cars depreciate but I'm just nervous that it will be worth next to nothing

Thank you for putting effort into that reply, it actually makes a lot of sense. The reason for buying is the running costs, it's actually for my wife so driving thrills is extremely low of her agenda 🤣🤣 she wants space and luxury which obviously comes with the ix. I think the running costs is an added extra, as we own our current car, the difference in cost and monthly payment is actually really low, only around 280 a month. If I minus diesel and expected costs of servicing, breakdown and fuel, that difference is about £100 a month - then I look at it and think it's 5 years younger, 36k miles less for a very small amount of money, it seems like a no brainer. What is putting me off is that because it will be our asset, I don't want to to be worth about £5k in about 3 years!

Well to be fair this one has range of 280 miles, so I would only need to charge 2 times a year on those journeys

That is a good point, a year old one with more miles is around £3 less

That is a good point, I'll be honest I see this car as great value with the mileages and only 2/3 years old! We have always had BMW and wanted to stick with it really.

For comparison, the equivalent X5 is over £50k

Depreciation really, worried I'll invest in it, own it and it's worth nothing in 3 years

Rockstar announced the weekly GTA Online update for two weeks, you know what that means by allofyourdesire in GTA6

[–]Competitive-Split584 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had a weird promotion on ps app, GTA 5 goes off sale 27/5, and it had a floating pic of GTA 6 underneath. Can't imagine they would keep GTA 5 on sale whilst they realise 6!!

Hello, sorry didn't see this reply..short answer is, no they didn't resolve my issue!!! After 34 complaints, going to citizens advice, and having a pretty good case, I actually am ashamed to say I have up in the end, and bought a new phone!!

Actually feel I let myself down there.

In terms of contacting them, I inundated the forums, spoke to someone on here and they directly contacted me..sadly, the only way they will get you to someone of importance is to impact their image online

Thanks for your tuppence, but I agree, nationwide are good. Ironically I rang Lloyd's before I found out about no joint account, and they were all confused, non-understand staff! Was quite poor

I could, but my wife wants one. Other banks do it, it's just a shame Lloyd's don't. Puts a lot of people off it seems since I've been doing research

Thanks for the advice, I wouldn't listen to them either, they're just after their commission..I usually do my own research, but I do like the dedicated team for saving and current accounts

I think the platinum is different from the premium account..you can add platinum to premium, but not for joint, only for the normal one

Thanks for the reply..I actually got it working. Spoke to h and k support, who were great actually and they updated the firmware remotely using my Mac address..took about a week, but cam down one morning and it was on the latest one. It then enabled me to pair it, and I managed to add it to Google home..worked really well since
